Get Involved with MCLAX

MCLAX relies on families, community supporters, and volunteers to help strengthen the boys’ and girls’ lacrosse programs at Lakewood Ranch High School. We are 100% volunteer staffed and operated. Whether you can assist for a single event, throughout the season, or through a committee or board role, there are many ways to contribute.

Volunteer needs vary throughout the year. Use the opportunities below as a guide, then let us know how you may be interested in helping.

Current Leadership & Committee Needs

MCLAX is currently identifying individuals interested in several board, committee, and team-support roles. Some positions are open, while others are being confirmed or considered as part of the organization’s planning for the upcoming season.

Board Positions

  • Board Vice-President
  • Board Treasurer

These roles have been identified as current organizational needs for the upcoming season.

Committees

  • Girls Team Social Media Chair
  • Fundraising Chair
  • Sponsorship Coordinator / Chair

MCLAX is also confirming whether current committee chairs plan to continue in their existing roles for the upcoming season.

Team Family Directors

MCLAX is considering new Boys Team and Girls Team Family Director roles to strengthen communication, family involvement, and coordination within each program. These positions are still being developed and may become formal board or organizational roles.
