These estimators are intended for planning and illustration only. Actual refund eligibility and amounts will be determined by MCLAX under the Board-approved program policy and may never exceed the approved player participation fee.
Fundraising Event Calculator
Estimate how a supplemental fundraiser’s proceeds could be distributed among the Organizer/Lead refund, player volunteer credits, and funds retained by MCLAX.
Enter the estimated net proceeds, the number of credit-eligible player volunteers reasonably needed for the event, and the average number of volunteer hours per player.
- A player’s total participation fee refund may never exceed $350 for the season.
- The same player/family may not receive both Organizer/Lead and Participant Volunteer credit from the same fundraiser.
- Remember the 35 / 15 / 20 rule
- 35% — Organizer/Lead refund, up to the $350 participation fee.
- 15% — Maximum pool available for player volunteer credits.
- $20/hour — Maximum volunteer credit rate per eligible, verified volunteer hour.
